National Conferences

Following National Conferences on thermo-physical properties were held under the auspices of Thermo-physical Society of India (TPSI).

1. First National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties (1^st –NCTP) was held from March 11-13, 1999 at the Department of Physics, University of Gauhati, Guwahati ( Convener: Prof. M.N. Bohra, Deptt. of Physics, University of Guwahati)

2. Second National Conference on Thermophysical properties (2^nd –NCTP) held from Sept 19-21, 2002 at the Department of Physics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur (Convener Prof. N.S. Saxena, Deptt. of Physics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur)

3. Third National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties (3^rd – NCTP) was held from Jan 19-20, 2005 at the Deptt. Of Physics, University of Goa, Goa (ï»¿Convener ï»¿: Prof. J.A.E. Desa, Deptt. of Physics, University of Goa, Goa).

4. Fourth National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties (4^th –NCTP) was held from Sept. 20-22, 2007 at Amrita Vishwavidhya Peetham, organized by Sree Narayana College, Kollam ( ï»¿Convener ï»¿: Prof. K. Remadevi, Deptt. of Physics, S.N. College, Kollam).

5. Fifth National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties ( 5^th –NCTP) was held from Oct. 7-9, 2009 at Applied Physics Deptt., Faculty of Technology and Engineering, M.S.University of Baroda, Vadodara ( Convener: Prof. Arun Pratap, Deptt. of Applied Physics, M.S. University of Baroda, Vadodara).

6. Sixth National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties (6^th –NCTP) was held from Oct. 11-13, 2011 at the Department of Applied Physics, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (Convener: Prof. K.S.Dubey, Deptt of Applied Physics, Institute of Tehnology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi)

7. Seventh National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties (7^th –NCTP) was held from Oct. 17-19, 2013 at Deptt. of Physics, Christ Church College, Kanpur, in association with C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur ( Convener: Dr. Santosh Kumar, Deptt. of Physics, Christ Church College, Kanpur).

8. Eighth National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties (NCTP-2015) was held from Dec. 14-16, 2015 at Deptt. of Physics, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur ( Convener: Dr. Kanupriya Sachdev, Deptt. of Physics, MNIT, Jaipur).

9. Ninth National Conference on Thermo-physical Properties (NCTP-2017) was held from Nov. 6-8, 2017 at CMPD, Indra Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR) Kalpakkam (Convener: Dr. N. V. Chandra Shekar, CMPD,MSG, IGCAR, Kalpakkam).
