Accommodation will be provided on twin share basis and only for conference days (from evening of 20th to morning 24th of November, 2024. Accommodation is available in RU Campus and will be chargeable. Visit the website for detailed information.

Note: After acceptance of the abstract the participants will receive an acknowledgement letter containing a unique Abstract ID which will be required during the registration.

Conference Payment

Payment should be made by bank transfer for which details are included in the registration form.

Cancellation

50% Refund if cancellation on or before 31st October 2024. No refund if cancellation after 31st October 2024.
