POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

The posters to be presented at the ICMTP-2024 can have maximum dimensions: 30" width × 36" height, in portrait orientation.
- The poster should have the following format:
- Title
- Names of the Authors: The presenter’s name should be formatted as bold and underlined.
- Institutional Affiliation of the authors
- The main text
- There is no restriction of fonts or colors in the poster, but the text should be clearly visible to the viewers.
- The poster should be put on the poster board on the allotted day provided by the organizers and will be removed as per technical session.
- The presenting author should be available alongside the poster at the time scheduled for the poster session to discuss his/her work with the delegates.
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

Each Oral talk will be given a 10 min slot consisting of 8 min presentation followed by 2 min discussion.
- The allotted slot for oral talk will be decided by the “Scientific Committee” and their decision will be final. No request for any change in the slot will be entertained.
